The lot is secured by Stone and Concrete Rip Rap. The County will approve a structure the same size of the former 1,610 square feet Shanty. The lot use is presently zoned as Maritime, Commercial, Residential (MRC) and Maritime and Commercial activities are allowed; however, the Health Dept. has not granted a septic system for a permanent Residential structure.
