Boston is a massive hub for travel! If you want to travel or have someone travel in, consider the Boston Logan International Airport in the city. If medical care is needed, there are several hospitals in the city, and the closest would depend on what side of Boston you're on. Still, you can always consider Massachusetts General Hospital in the West End neighborhood.
